Notary services

The Legal/Notarial office works by appointment only.
To book an appointment and for further assistance please email, and attach a copy of the document required if possible in word format.

Revenue stamps and fees for notarial deeds may be paid cash or by EFT, see the Fees page on the left menu.

For non Italian citizens: power-of-attorneys may also be drawn by a South African official. The document needs to be Apostilled by the High Court (as per 1961 Hague Convention) and translated by a sworn translator. The sworn translator’s signature needs to be legalised by the Italian Consulate.
