The Consulate of Italy in Cape Town, through this public notice, intends to offer interested parties (sponsors) the opportunity to enter into sponsorship agreements aimed at supporting the celebration of Italy’s National Day (Festa della Repubblica, 2nd June) and other cultural promotion events that will take place throughout 2025.
Interested parties may include public or private entities, businesses, and other organizations, whether Italian or foreign, that wish to promote their image through collaboration with the Consulate of Italy in Cape Town.
Applications may involve financial sponsorships (in the form of monetary contributions) and, secondarily, technical sponsorships (direct provision of services or supply of goods).
It is also possible to submit applications that include both forms of sponsorship (partially financial and partially technical).
If linked to a specific event, expressions of interest must be submitted by the following deadlines:
- By May 5, 2025, for the 2025 National Day celebration.
- At least 20 days before the date of the event the sponsor intends to support.
