NOTICE TO VOTERS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEIR BALLOT PAPERS BY 3 APRIL
If you sent your request to vote by 18 March but you haven’t received your ballot papers by 3 April, you can request the Consulate for a duplicate:
• by e–mail at: consolato.capetown@esteri.it,
• by phone at no. 021 487-3919.
In order to ensure the widest possible participation in the voting COMITES by those who chose to vote, you can also apply for duplicate during the Easter holiday (4-6 April) and the following weekend (11-12 April), by calling the following number
• 083 398-3010.

The COMITES elections have now been called again for April 17, 2015.
If you have requested to vote and by 3rd April you have not received your papers you may ask for a duplicate.
Voting
The voting will be done by mail, and the ballot papers will be sent only to those who request to vote.
If you wish to receive the ballot papers please send us this form with a copy of your identity document by 18 March 2015.
If you have already sent the form to vote, you do not have to resubmit it.

Candidates
Lists of 12 candidates minimum must be submitted by 16 February 2015.
Each list must be supported by at least 100 signatures.
Each list has to be supported by 100 signatures. Italian residents in the Consular Area are eligible candidates.
NB – all signatures must be certified by a consular officer during the Consulate’s opening hours.
