Italian National Day – Reception on 3rd June 2015

On the occasion of the Italian National Day of Italy, the Consul of Italy in Cape Town, Alfonso Tagliaferri, has the pleasure of inviting the Italian citizens resident in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape to a reception on Wednesday 3rd June 2015 from 18h00 to 20h00 at the Centre for the Book,
Queen Victoria Street, Cape Town (map).
There will be a live jazz music performance by Prof. Mike Rossi and his students, and a photographic exhibition by the Italian artist Tommaso Fiscaletti.

Everyone is welcome to bring a book or books in Italian or other language, to donate to the Centre for the Book, which will allocate a section of the library for the books donated by the Italian community.
Guests can place their books on a dedicated shelf, which will serve as testimony of the Italian contribution to culture for the use of the public and above all for the youth: let us all participate!
