Giulio Mignacca
He was born in Rome (Italy) on October 15th, 1982. He graduated in International Relations at LUISS University of Rome. He is married to Sara Damiani and has two children.
After serving at the ITA-Italian Trade Agency, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in 2016.
2016-2019, Directorate General for Country Promotion, MFA.
2019-2023, Deputy Head of Mission and Head of Consular Affairs, Embassy of Italy in Panama.
He assumed the position of Consul of Italy in Cape Town on June 26th 2023.
